These terms and conditions apply to the use of the GetLynk platform getlynk.de durch registrierte und nicht registrierte Nutzer.

By using the platform, you agree to these terms.

3. Service description

GetLynk is an online platform for creating link-in-bio pages.

• Creating profile pages
• Linking social media, websites, and payment providers (e.g. PayPal and SumUp)
• Displaying public profiles

You can create an account, but activating a new public profile requires a one-time payment of 100 VMESH and email verification. Optional Pro features are available through a PayPal subscription. The VMESH amount is shown during registration. External wallet or exchange fees may also apply.

4. Registration and account

Payments are verified on the public VargaMesh mainnet blockchain. The profile stays inactive until the payment is confirmed. Users should verify the recipient and network before paying. Refunds cannot be issued automatically through the protocol; statutory rights remain unaffected.

Registration is required for certain features.

• You must provide accurate information
• You are responsible for your password
• You must not use other people's accounts

The operator may suspend or delete accounts for violations.

5. User obligations

You agree not to publish content that:

• violates applicable law
• is insulting, racist, or discriminatory
• is copyrighted where you lack permission
• contains spam or fraud

6. Responsibility for content

You are responsible for the content of your profile.

The provider is not responsible for user content or external links.

7. Availability

Continuous platform availability is not guaranteed.

Maintenance or technical issues may cause downtime.

8. Liability

The provider is liable only for intent and gross negligence.

For slight negligence, the provider is liable only for breaches of essential contractual obligations.

9. Privacy

Information about personal data processing is available in the Privacy policy.

10. Account termination

You may delete your account at any time.

The provider may delete accounts in the event of violations or misuse.

11. Changes to the terms

The provider reserves the right to amend these terms.

Changes will be published on the website.

12. Final provisions

The place of jurisdiction is Göttingen where legally permitted.
